Valérie Henaff

After two postgraduate studies at Sorbonne University, one in Psychology & Sociology and the other in Marketing, Valérie started her career in the Strategic Planning Department of the Callegari-Berville agency, where she spent 7 years.

In 1996, she joined BDPP as Strategic Planning Department Managing Director.

In 1998, she founded BDDP & Fils as co-President of the agency with Olivier Altmann.

In 2004, she joined TBWA Paris and took over the management of the Strategic Planning Department of TBWA France Group.

Valérie Henaff joined Publicis Conseil as Manager Director in charge of the Strategic Planning in 2006. She was appointed Managing Director of Publicis France in December 2011.

In 2014, she has been named Chief Executive Officer of Publicis Conseil.

In 2016, she has been appointed Global President of Publicis Worldwide. To this function is added in 2019 that of CSO and CSR manager of Publicis France.

Bruno Bertelli

Bruno joined Publicis Worldwide in January 2011 as ECD of Publicis Italy, together with creative partner Cristiana Boccassini. Following the growth of the Heineken client, they were soon after appointed Global Creative Directors at Publicis Worldwide. Bruno’s role grew to see him take the lead as CEO of Publicis Italy (2014) and ECD of Publicis Worldwide Western Europe (2015).

In May 2016, Bruno was promoted to Global CCO of Publicis Worldwide, a role which sees him representing the global creative board and clients of Publicis Worldwide, which include Renault, Nestlé and Heineken. Prior to Publicis Worldwide, Bruno was ECD at JWT Rome on high profile international accounts.

Bruno is a regular judge and speaker at global festivals including Eurobest, Cannes and NY Festivals. He is the most awarded Italian creative in the world with international awards including 69 Cannes Lions (14 gold), one Grand Clio and one Grand Prix at the NYF.

Born in Verona, Bruno graduated in Semiotics and attended the school of Visual Arts, after which he started his career as a copywriter in New York

Mick McCabe

Mick McCabe is the Global Chief Strategy Officer for Publicis Worldwide, working with the North American and Global teams.

He previously held the North American CSO role at Leo Burnett, in addition to CSO roles at Deutsch and KBSP. Among the accounts he has worked on with the Groupe are Citibank, Walmart, HPE and Heineken, Allstate, Nintendo and McDonald’s.

His work has been recognized at Cannes, Jay Chiat's and includes two Grand Prix Effies.

He has spoken about the industry for NBC's The Today Show, Fox, CBS, NPR Marketplace, Entertainment Tonight, at Cannes Festival, The Wired Conference and at various universities including Michigan & Notre Dame Business Schools. He previously chaired the Strategy conference and is a member of the 4A's strategy board.
